Nantong Haosheng Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in August 2018 and is situated in the Economic Development Zone of Qidong City, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. Our company is conveniently located within a one-hour drive from the high-speed railway station, port, and airport. The factory spans an area of approximately 75 mu and features independently owned land and facilities. The registered capital of our company amounts to RMB 105 million.
Our company currently employs a total of 235 staff members, including 27 R&D professionals and 4 domestic consulting experts.
Our company specializes in the automotive industry and boasts a comprehensive suite of metal forming processes, including cold forging, precision casting, sand casting, precision machining, welding, riveting, etc. These processes cover a wide range of materials, such as copper, aluminum, steel, and iron. The products find extensive application in automotive exhaust systems, chip cooling systems, turbocharging systems, drive transmission systems, and the alike. Our company has been certified by ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 systems. It serves as a secondary supplier to renowned automakers, including General Motors, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Wuling, Geely, and Chery. Our company is equipped with an extensive range of advanced measurement instruments, including X-ray fluorescence coating thickness gauges, X-ray detectors, cleanliness testers, mechanical property testers, Vickers, Brinell, and Rockwell hardness testers, three-coordinate measuring machines, 2.5D detectors, profilometers, roughness testers, salt spray testers, high and low-temperature test chambers, 3D scanners, industrial microscopes, and metallographic microscopes. These instruments enable our company to offer one-stop solutions for all product inspection and measurement requirements. We have established long-term partnerships with professional third-party laboratories, such as SGS and PONY, to fulfill the cutting-edge measurement requirements of the industry.
