Production Line Introduction
Sand Casting Production Line
One automatic shell-making line for resin-coated sand, with an annual production capacity of up to 20,000 tons of end cones and volute casings. Main materials include ductile iron with silicon and molybdenum, and heat-resistant steel. The production line can accommodate products ranging from 0.5kg to 100kg.
Investment Casting Production Line
The investment casting workshop is a lost-wax casting production line, including automatic waxing machines, shell-making robots, and automatic shell-making lines, capable of meeting the annual demand for 15,000 tons of end cones, volutes, and pipes. Main materials include stainless steel and heat-resistant steel. The production line can accommodate products ranging from 0.5kg to 50kg.
Machining Production Line
The factory currently has 150 sets of machining equipment, all of which have real-time program writing and automatic product clamping. A second-phase machining workshop is planned, with expected commissioning in January 2025, achieving an annual production capacity of 5 million units after commissioning. Capacity will be further increased year by year.
