Details
Providing efficient research and manufacturing services for core automotive components (turbochargers, exhaust pipes, copper radiators, etc.) to the Chinese and other global automotive markets, based in Qidong.
Turbocharger
Utilizing the inertial force of exhaust gas discharged from the engine to drive the turbine in the turbine chamber, the turbine in turn drives the coaxial impeller, which pressurizes the air sent from the air filter pipe and sends it into the cylinder at increased pressure. As the engine speed increases, the exhaust gas discharge speed and turbine speed increase synchronously, and the impeller compresses more air into the cylinder. The increased air pressure and density allow for the combustion of more fuel; by correspondingly increasing the fuel amount and adjusting the engine speed, the engine output power can be increased. The turbocharger is installed on the exhaust side of the engine, so the operating temperature is very high, and the rotor speed during operation is very high, reaching hundreds of thousands of revolutions per minute. Therefore, a full-floating bearing must be used, lubricated by oil, and cooled by coolant.
Exhaust Pipe
The exhaust pipe is part of the engine's exhaust system, which mainly includes the exhaust manifold, exhaust pipe, and muffler. The exhaust pipe generally includes a front exhaust pipe and a rear exhaust pipe. Its main function is to exhaust the waste gas after engine combustion. In addition, by adjusting the design of the exhaust pipe, the engine performance can also be affected, such as improving the low- and mid-range torque and high-speed horsepower. Different designs of exhaust pipes will produce different effects in terms of sound and power output.
Exhaust End Cone
Automotive exhaust end cone stamping parts refer to conical parts used in automotive exhaust systems. Their main function is to connect the exhaust pipe and exhaust tail pipe, playing a role in sealing, guiding flow, damping, and aesthetics. Exhaust end cone stamping parts are usually made of high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, and high-strength stainless steel materials, such as 304 and 316. The manufacturing process includes material selection, cutting, stamping, finishing, and assembly, to ensure product quality and performance.
Radiator
Radiator is a general term for a series of devices used to conduct and release heat. In automobiles, radiators are mainly used to reduce the temperature of engine components and ensure their normal operation. Radiators are usually composed of multiple heat sinks to increase the heat dissipation area and improve heat dissipation efficiency. The material of the radiator is usually metal, such as copper and aluminum, which have good thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. In addition, the radiator also needs to cooperate with the cooling system, through the circulation of coolant in the radiator to take away the heat and dissipate it into the atmosphere.
In summary, turbochargers, exhaust pipes, exhaust end cones, and radiators are all important components in automobiles. They each undertake different functions, working together to ensure the normal operation and performance of the automobile.
